    • Refund Eligibility:
      All bookings made for Harlow Greyhound Stadium are subject to our refund policy outlined here. To be eligible for a refund, customers must notify the stadium within 24 hours of their booking.

    • Notification Requirement:
      If you wish to request a refund, you must contact Harlow Greyhound Stadium within 24 hours of the initial booking time. Any requests for refunds made after 24 hours of the booking will not be eligible, and no refunds will be processed.

    • Contact Information:
      To request a refund, you must contact our customer service team via the provided contact details on our website or booking confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that communication is received within the 24-hour window.

    • No Exceptions:
      Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances if Harlow Greyhound Stadium is not contacted within the 24-hour period following your booking. This condition applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or inability to attend.

    • Confirmation of Request:
      Customers should retain proof of their refund request, including any emails or reference numbers, as confirmation of compliance with the notification requirements.

    • Amendments:
